A Gentle Reset Session

A quiet return to yourself.
Space to breathe. Space to feel.

A Gentle Reset is a 60-minute private Zoom session designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive space.

These sessions are gentle and conversational. You do not need to prepare anything beforehand or have everything figured out.

This may be supportive if you’ve been feeling:-emotionally overwhelmed,
-disconnected from yourself,
-stuck in transition,
-mentally exhausted,
-or simply in need of space to pause and breathe.
